My stay at Hotel Balkan was quite disappointing. While the location was excellent for visiting the Pleven Medical University, the service and amenities fell short of what I expected. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty cups and unmade beds, and a dangerous incident with housekeeping left me feeling unsafe. Overall, I wouldn't return.
